What is a construction broker and why do I need one?

A construction broker is someone who specialises in finding and selecting the right building contractor for a specified build. Our contractors are highly reputable and carefully chosen on the basis of cost, availability, and their particular areas of expertise.

What is the Process?

First, we provide an assessment of the baseline cost and duration of the project. This is often done with the assistance of a qualified quantity surveyor, who prices the structure, fixtures and fittings based on the engineering drawings we provide.

Appropriate construction contractors are then asked to submit tenders in the form of a turn-key (finished) price. We then present the bids to you for your ultimate decision on the contractor to be used.
