We take our clients on a first come first served basis depending on current and booked workload. We prioritise existing members assignments first in order to maintain consistency of service whilst maintaining utmost quality and quick project turnaround times.
Yes, as we establish strong working relationships with many of our clients we are often asked to carry out certain projects on their behalf. This has includied sourcing luxury cars and yachts, specialised products and even food from international destinations.
Buy New Zealand Real Estate operates as a consultancy and as such charges on a combination of small up front commencment fee, plus expenses, and reduced commission on successfully completion of brief. Our fees vary depending on each assignment due to location (we operate internationally) and complexity of the project.
In order to get an accurate understanding of assignment cost we undertake a free needs assessment with our clients to agree duration, deliverables and fees.
