Who We AreIn 2001 Ian Thompson established New Zealand Vineyards & Estates [NZV] as the first buyers agency in New Zealand responding to the needs of International commercial developers who were seeking new development opportunities in New Zealand but weren't getting the representation or skills needed from conventional real estate agents.As business and new services grew, Ian teamed up with Dale Smith, a Property Consultant and Real Estate professional of over 20 years experience. Ian handles the project management side via NZ Projects International and Dale the sourcing and negotiating of properties on behalf of buyers via BUY NEW ZEALAND REAL ESTATE. Ian and Dale are passionate about delivering high quality properties and businesses that their clients will enjoy for evermore.
